Where Two Traditions Come Together…
As a reflection of its land and origin, this unique distillate is the product of triple distillation ñ a feature of Irish distilling. It is made from malt barley extract used for the production of St-Feuillien Triple, a high fermented beer. Six months spent ageing in American Oak (Bourbon) barrels filled for the first time gives this nectar purity, warmth, fruitiness and great mouth satisfaction.
Diluted with pure spring water and brought to 46°.
